I had the exact same thing last week... No idea what it was! went to the ER because I couldnt take the pain anymore. Thye said it was an allergic reaction, and gave me a sterid shot and a few RX for the week.. Well its back!!!! I am meeting my Dr thurs but I am miserable. So I feel for your poor child not only is it itchy but it get to a point when the itchyness starts to burn a little.
To Living the Life of Riley...That's exactly what hers was! We took her to the ER yesterday. Now that's weird. She ate nothing different than what she normally eats for breakfast. I have to make her an appointment for allergy testing with her pediatrician. Hopefully that will give us more info. Good luck with yours, itching is no fun!
Keep an eye on it.. I had the same symptoms feet hurt so bad I couldnt walk. two weeks later every night around 10P my hands and feet feel like they are on fire! Benydrl makes it feel better almost instantly.. but the hangover like side effects are a killer. I feel like i need to eat but then I just feel bloated afterwards.. it suck! I still dont know what this is. Like meg i didnt eat drink or touch anything unusual.. Ps I have the worst heart burn since this happened and I have never had it before.
tell me this is just a rash, pulllleeeeease!
