Okay, maybe not the REAL heaven. But it's my heaven and it feels pretty amazing! I can only imagine what the real heaven is like. My heaven is the smell of my newborn baby sleeping on my chest, listening to the belly laughs and little giggles of the 5 children in the other room, and my husband telling me how beautiful I am despite the extra baby weight still ever so present. I sometimes wonder if heaven is the same thing for everyone or is it perhaps a unique experience for each individual. If everyone has their own piece of heaven- this is definitely mine. Don't get me wrong. Life with 6 has been hectic thus far. Everyday is chaotic; very little gets done around the house. But this chaos, my chaos, will one day be gone and I'll wish it was here again. Therefore, my chaos is my heaven!!! Like I've mentioned in past blog posts, I want so badly to freeze time and just live this moment forever.
We've all been busy over here soaking up baby Ben. In fact, we can't get enough of him...
Some of us get mad when we have to share him...
So, on my last day on Earth when I finally meet my Creator, He just might let me live in my frozen moment. And perhaps, He'll greet me with..."Hello, Christine, welcome to Heaven!"

I love your big mejia family updates and welcome baby Ben, adorable just like the rest of you guys! :) So when can we come and visit? Thinking of you guys and really want to hang out.

Aahh Mama I always end up with a tissue box when I take a peek into your life. Are you sure you want to become a school teacher? Maybe you should consider teaching family living 101 with an emphasis on how to be a loving mother and wife. I'm sure we can all learn a little something from SUPERMOM! You are such an inspiration, Gods perfect plan for you was planned out very well. Both your family and all of us who know you are blessed to have you in our lives. God has great plans for The Great Big Mejia Family. We love and care for you, each and everyone of you. Welcome Ben! Your going to have so much fun, cant wait to see what god has in store for you. Ben is beautiful!!! Love the new pictures & update. Yes I am sure that this moment in time does feel like heaven to you. Give all the kids a great big hug & kiss from me. Maybe someday we may be reading a book about the mejia family!!!
